DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Pornkey.net takes copyright infringement very seriously. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. §512, and any other applicable intellectual property legislation. Responses may include removing, blocking, or disabling access to material claimed to be infringing, terminating user accounts, or all of the foregoing.

If you believe that any material accessible on Pornkey.net infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notification as described below (“Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement”). These requests should only be submitted by the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If we remove or disable access to material in response to a notice, we will notify the user who uploaded the content so that they have the opportunity to submit a counter notification (“Counter-Notification Procedures”). All notices and counter-notices must be written in English. Notices in other languages may be deemed non-compliant and disregarded.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you request removal of content by submitting an infringement notification, please be aware you are initiating a legal process. Misuse of this process may result in account suspension or other legal consequences.

A valid DMCA Notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works if the notice covers multiple works.
  • Identification of the infringing material in a precise manner sufficient to allow us to locate it (including the exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content).
  • Information by which we and the uploader can contact you (name, postal address, telephone number, email address).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient).

Please do not send other inquiries to our DMCA Agent. The agent is not authorized to accept legal process beyond valid DMCA notices or counter-notices.

Warning: If you knowingly misrepresent that material on Pornkey.net infringes your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including legal fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you have received a DMCA Notice and believe that material you posted was removed or access to it disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification (“Counter-Notice”).

A valid Counter-Notice must include the following:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its previous location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., any district where Pornkey.net may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA Notice.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. The removed material may be restored within 10–14 business days unless the complainant informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking to restrain you from allegedly infringing activity.

Please note: submitting a Counter-Notice means your personal information will be shared with the complainant. By submitting, you consent to this disclosure.

Repeat Infringers

In compliance with the DMCA and applicable law, Pornkey.net reserves the right to terminate user accounts and remove or disable access to content from repeat infringers at our sole discretion.

Modification of Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time. Users are advised to review this page regularly for changes.
